"Felt like home"

by Rebekah (from Manhattan, KS) July 2006 - We actually stayed at Otis Place in July 2005. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very pleasant. The whole house is amazingly decorated. If you are a cat lover you will enjoy your stay; if you're not, the cats will probably leave you alone. We enjoyed the cats and always had a visitor at our door in the morning to greet us. We allowed them to visit our room and hang out with us. This is a place for adults and preteens/teens; I would not suggest this bed and breakfast for a family with young children due to the rooms being up a staircase. The Blue room was the room we stayed in and it was great. We truly enjoyed our time in D.C. while staying at Otis Place.
